Comicon 2010 day 2

Another long day at Comicon! Unfortunately Sally forgot to bring the camera so I had to use my iPhone to take pictures - or at least thats what we thought until we got home that night and Sally realized that actually she did have our camera all the time!!! Grrrrr...

Anyway, terrible photos all, but you can vaguely see people like...
  • Wil Wheaton and Felicia Day talking about "The Guild" a web show that Felicia writes & stars in, and Wil joined the cast. I'd heard of it but never seen it before so we watched episodes 1 & 2 last night when we got home - its very good, pokes lots of fun at World of Warcraft players
  • Jonathan Frakes & Levar Burton from Star Trek The Next Generation signing autographs, with Aarom Douglas from Battlestar Galactica in the background
  • Lou Feringo! The 70's Incredible Hulk himself. God knows how old he is but he's still in phenomenal shape
  • Jon Schneider from The Dukes of Hazard
  • And finally, too small to see, but there is Wil Wheaton, Levar Burton and Jonathan Frakes on a panel reminiscing about Star Trek: TNG, and other things they have done. You'd be amazed how many geeks grew up watching & worshipping Levar Burton for his work on "Reading Rainbow" :-)
We also saw James Marsters, who played Spike on Buffy, give a talk. Major surprise, he really isn't British!!! Working with Anthony Head (who is English) on Buffy, he recalled how Anthony would always be coming over saying "We dont say it like THAT!", which really helped with his accent :-)

Other weird factoid - Jonathan Frakes was also on Dukes of Hazard for an episode! As well as Heart to Heart and many other one-off guest spots on 70's shows.
