We have a new shower, the above is a picture of the old one. For those of you who have visited, you know how small and yucky the bath-tub/shower inclosure we had was. When they redid these condos they had the bathtubs resprayed to cover them, but they did not do it correctly. The new layer was pealing off and once my shampoo fell and knocked a "hole" in the covering on the bottom. We could not even scrub it because bits came off. Something had to be done.

So, on October 5th we had the shower ripped out. For the next few days, while I was on fall break for the week, there were guys here ripping out the old and tiling the new space. We barely came out any father too, the tub/shower piece was just so far into the shower area we gained 4-5 inches just getting rid of that thing. The good news is, they did not have to remove the toilet to work on the shower. It would have sucked to not have a toilet in the house. There is one out by the pool though, so we would have been okay.
